Job summary

dymin is seeking a Service Engineer to join our on-site team in Iowa. You will install workstations, networking gear, and other IT devices while delivering high-quality on-site support to clients during deployments and migrations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in IT support, deployment, or field technician roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (25–50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in large-scale technology migration projects with Projects Engineers.
• Install, configure, and upgrade workstations and peripherals for clients.
• Provide on-site user education on device usage and security best practices.
• Perform basic on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Coordinate repairs and equipment orders with vendors and remote support teams.
• Use deployment tools safely and effectively.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
