Job summary

Logicalis in the Phoenix/Tempe area seeks a Project Coordination Specialist to support IT Professional Services projects. You will assist PMs with resource scheduling, data management, and project closeout activities in accordance with PMO and RMO standards.

You will coordinate engagements in PSA software, track subcontractor SOWs, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional project coordination or IT support experience.
• Experience with PMO methodologies and RMO SOPs is a plus.
• Good communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource scheduling and project initiation for IT projects.
• Create and process engagements in PSA software, including contracts and change requests.
• Track subcontractor SOWs in PSA tooling.
• Lead small projects without a dedicated Project Manager, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Escalate issues to PMO Manager and assist with problem resolution.
