Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT Professional Services Projects from our Tempe, AZ office. You will coordinate resources, schedules, and documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with the PMO methodology.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous data management, and collaboration with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Project Engineers to initiate and close projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) in Business Management, Project Management, or Information Technology preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience preferably with knowledge of project management practices and/or IT support.
• Experience with PSA software and managing subcontractor SOWs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; time management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource schedules and project initiation with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and customers.
• Create and process engagements in PSA software including contracts and change requests.
• Track subcontractor SOWs and maintain project documentation.
• Lead small projects without a PM to ensure timely, quality delivery within budget.
• Maintain project documents and reports per defined standards and escalate issues as needed.
