Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in support, systems administration, infrastructure, or related technical role.
• 2+ years in leading or supervising IT staff or support teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues personally while managing people, projects, and vendors.
• Experience coordinating IT projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with IT compliance activities, including security questionnaires or audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and direct internal staff and external support resources.
• Coach and develop IT personnel; manage workload, performance, and accountability.
• Troubleshoot escalated IT issues personally when necessary and when coverage is unavailable.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, networks, printers, and access controls.
• Oversee onsite technology deployments, hardware replacements, and network/server room tasks.
• Manage help desk operations, ticketing, prioritization, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate IT projects from planning to completion with clear timelines and stakeholders.
• Support IT compliance activities, including evidence gathering and remediation with business units.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, licensing, renewals, and budget tracking.
