ShipMonk seeks an experienced IT Lead to own day-to-day IT operations across office and warehouse sites, guiding a team of IT Support Specialists. This hands-on leadership role covers troubleshooting, escalations, vendor relationships, and site IT roadmaps to scale operations.

The ideal candidate has years of experience supporting mixed environments, with a track record of owning onboarding/offboarding workflows, asset management, and physical-security systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT support in mixed warehouse and corporate environments.
• Experience leading IT/support teams and handling escalations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site IT initiatives and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Support Specialists across corporate and warehouse locations; set priorities and review quality of work.
• Own on-call coverage and incident response for site IT/OT issues, including after-hours escalations.
• Oversee core platforms (Slack, Asana, G-Suite Admin Console, and Microsoft admin tools) and Okta identity management.
• Manage asset lifecycles (MDM, inventory, and hardware standards) and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Oversee Zebra handheld devices and label printers; manage vendor relationships and spare-parts planning.
• Ensure physical security systems (Avigilon, UniFi, OpenPath) and access controls are properly managed.
• Maintain IT helpdesk queue health in Asana; report trends to reduce recurring tickets.
• Develop and maintain documentation for assets and support procedures; drive workflow automation.
• Lead multi-site IT projects (MDM rollouts, new-site launches, security/compliance audits).
• Collaborate with remote/global IT teams on escalations and compliance (e.g., GMP).
