Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects and initiatives assigned by the IT Site Leader.
• Independently manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with minimal direction.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity for manufacturing devices, computers, and printers.
• Configure IP addresses, VLANs, and network adapters; use web interfaces for configuration.
• Create and maintain ITIL-compliant incidents, service requests, and change records.
