Job summary

In-Telecom Consulting, LLC is seeking a Dedicated IT Technician to manage onsite IT functionality and client-facing support across Huffman and Dayton locations in TX. The role requires coordinating with remote support and maintaining service standards on a salaried basis.

The candidate will use ConnectWise for ticket management, participate in escalations, and ensure timely resolutions while working Monday through Friday at client sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science or business administration or related field.
• 4+ years IT experience.
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA and ticket management.
• Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
• Partner with remote escalations for unresolved issues.
• Drive problem investigation and resolution.
• Design and maintain process documentation for the team.
• Monitor and update tickets in ConnectWise or other PSA systems.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 or remote support.
