Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Americas is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Shared Services infrastructure initiatives, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, and risk. You will work with PMOs, solution architects, and stakeholders to drive IT projects in data center operations, cloud migrations, and security upgrades onsite in New Haven, CT.

The role requires 2–5 years of IT project support, strong organizational skills, familiarity with JD Edwards, SAP ERP projects, and ITIL foundations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• 2–5 years of IT infrastructure or technical project support experience.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP projects (JD Edwards, SAP) and data center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Shared Services projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status trackers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business leadership, PMO, and technology teams.
• Support with change control, risk management, and reporting to executives.
