ASSA ABLOY seeks a Customer Escalation Project Manager to lead high-priority incident responses for Electronic Access Control products in customer environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive decisions, and manage corrective actions to restore operations quickly.

The role requires a technical background, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, with on-site work in New Haven, CT or Berlin, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of progressivel experience in engineering, technical support, project management or related technical disciplines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate actions across stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority customer escalation response activities from issue ID to resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and prioritize actions; manage risks and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans and report progress to customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee investigation, root-cause analysis, validation, deployment, and recovery activities.
