Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Americas in New Haven, CT is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Shared Services infrastructure projects, coordinating scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables with PMs, architects, and stakeholders.

You will maintain project plans, RAID logs, and documentation; manage vendors, hardware logistics, and status reporting, with opportunities for mentorship from senior PMs. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in IT, Engineering or Business.
• PMP and ITIL foundations desired.
• Experience with JD Edwards and SAP ERP projects.
• Experience with AIX, Red Hat Linux and SUSE Linux.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects under supervision from PMO.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status trackers.
• Interface with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and datacenter logistics.
• Support project managers with milestone reporting.
