Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. in Draper, UT is seeking a Systems Technician to be the frontline for hardware, user accounts, and IT platforms. You will provision accounts, enroll MFA during onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot endpoint devices, and provide Salesforce CRM support and basic admin.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk.
• Experience administering cloud productivity suites.
• Familiarity with a major CRM platform as a user or junior administrator.
• Basic networking literacy (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
• Ability to create, edit, and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for hardware and devices.
• Front-line Salesforce CRM support and basic admin.
• User account management, password resets, MFA enrollment.
• Onboarding and offboarding provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Manage asset tracking and software licenses.
• Create and maintain IT process and self-service documentation.
• Triage and manage helpdesk ticket queue.
