Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows hardware and software setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desk-side and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Field service requests from end users via ticketing system or telephone.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Set up computer systems for new employees.
• Support Audio/Video for meetings and events.
• Train users on software and hardware.
