System Administrator The RiverWoods Group is currently looking for an IT System Administrator to join our team based out of Durham, NH supporting our communities in Exeter, Manchester, and Durham. This is an onsite position however hybrid options exist for this role; must be able to respond to any onsite need quickly if required. Our IT Systems Administrator will manage and integrate the organization’s systems in a multi-platform, multi-site environment. In this role, you will help develop our long-term systems vision, research relevant platform technologies, recommend purchases, and maintain hardware and software to ensure system reliability and optimal performance. Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise systems, document technical environments, and perform systematic root cause analysis to resolve technical issues
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud services, cybersecurity, and systems administration best practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs.
