Truly Free Home is seeking an IT Helpdesk Agent to provide first-line technical support for employees. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and access issues, and assist with onboarding new staff with the tools they need.

A patient, organized, and service-driven approach is essential. The role requires documenting issues, maintaining IT records, and delivering clear, part‑time-to-full-day support if needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting Windows computers and common business software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email, user accounts, and basic networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, printer, hardware, and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees with technology issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account access problems.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up devices and access.
• Document support activities and recurring issues clearly and accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT resources or vendors.
