Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, networking, or related technical field.
• Hourly pay range of $29.00-$44.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provides Help Desk first point of contact support via ServiceNow, phone, and walk-ins.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Conducts onboarding and deploys equipment for new Cognoids on day one.
• Monitors and reports Help Desk performance metrics (e.g., 1st response time, MTTR).
• Develops training materials and streamlines processes; automation where possible.
• Collaborates with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades and policy changes.
