Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or 3+ years of service desk experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills for IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for end-users on hardware and software.
• Handle requests for computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Maintain and update inventory of computers and related peripherals.
• Assist with endpoint installations and configurations.
