Job summary

NOVA Computer Solutions L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on IT Field Technician who enjoys a dynamic, field-based role. You’ll travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment, and you’ll work with ladders and power tools as needed.

This role requires the ability to handle physical work, strong problem-solving skills, and professional communication with clients. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous IT/field service experience.
• CompTIA A+ or other relevant certs are a plus.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Comfortable working with computers, hardware and technology.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to provide onsite IT support.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment.
• Mount network and technology equipment.
• Run and troubleshoot network cabling and data drops.
• Assist with network infrastructure installations.
• Use hand and power tools for installations.
• Work safely on ladders when servicing equipment.
• Diagnose hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
• Document work and maintain service tickets.
• Collaborate with other technicians on projects.
