• Coordinate warranty repairs and exchanges with manufacturers.
• Support core network infrastructure including switches/routers and cabling.
• Document tickets in IT ticketing systems.
• Assist with facility renovations and associate moves.
• Maintain inventory of computer assets throughout lifecycle.
• Provide training and technical assistance to users.
• Support projects for Facilities and Business Units.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote improvement initiatives.
