Job summary

Regions Bank in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Technology Field Services Technician to configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, printers, networks, and telecom equipment used to support associates.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, six years of experience, ability to image/deploy in Mac environments, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. This is an onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) years of experience working with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems.
• Ability to image/deploy, repair, or support apps in the Mac Environment.

Responsibilities

• Installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other end user peripherals.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and remediates hardware and software issues.
• Coordinates warranty repairs, replacements, and returns with manufacturers.
• Supports core network infrastructure including switches/routers, patch panels, and cabling.
• Records and updates tickets in IT ticketing systems.
• Coordinates technology-related facilities projects and moves.
• Maintains inventory of computer assets through lifecycle stages.
• Provides training and technical assistance to users.
• Travels as necessary.
