Job summary

Würth Elektronik in Watertown, SD seeks an IT Field Service Support to be the first point of contact for end users, handling hardware and software issues across desktops, printers, and network devices in a distribution center and office setting.

You will provide in-person or remote support, use a ticketing system, document actions, and uphold SLAs while contributing to onboarding, security policies, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware troubleshooting and help desk support experience.
• Familiarity with network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wireless, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
• A+ and ITIL Foundation certifications preferred, strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
• Assist end users via in-person, remote, phone, and ticketing system.
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary while adhering to SLAs.
