Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of equivalent technical experience.

• Solid understanding of IP networking including switches, routers, wireless, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support across client locations, with remote support as needed.
• Own incidents, service requests, projects, and follow-ups; meet response expectations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems and cloud services.
• Document environments and work in ConnectWise; record time promptly.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely resolutions and proactive improvements.
