Job summary

HYVE Solutions in Las Vegas seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite IT support for office and manufacturing users, manage permissions, and perform basic server tasks. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, and coordinate with corporate IT.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT support, experience in a mixed environment, familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support or field service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or mixed office/production environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, permissions management, and basic server administration.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite user support for hardware, software, network access, and general IT issues across office and manufacturing areas.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Hyve systems and applications.
• Perform minor server support, including basic troubleshooting, monitoring, patch coordination, and escalation to corporate IT when needed.
• Support local infrastructure such as workstations, printers, scanners, badge systems, and production-floor terminals.
• Document issues, resolutions, and system changes to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
