HYVE Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure, process engineering, and test engineering teams in Las Vegas, NV. The role centers on driving operational excellence, reducing cycle times, and improving reliability and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing engineering management, deep manufacturing systems knowledge, and strong Lean & Six Sigma experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Visio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in manufacturing engineering management role.
• Deep product manufacturing comprehension including rationales and limitations.
• Expert working knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Visio preferred.
• Lean & Six Sigma expertise with continuous improvement experience.
• Effective in project management, time management, and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership and accountability to the infrastructure, process engineering, and test engineering teams.
• Drive operational excellence projects to reduce cycle times and improve process reliability, process flow, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional areas of manufacturing operations.
• Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and coordinate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Provide resource/labor and production capacity analysis.
• Provide feedback on requirements and needs to meet production schedule.
• Evaluate and approve manufacturing infrastructure needs and cost.
• Train and develop manufacturing engineering teams.

• Provide clear leadership and accountability to the infrastructure, process engineering, and test engineering teams
