Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking an IT Field Engineer to perform onsite service, maintenance, and project execution at client locations. This role requires travel to local sites and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality IT operations.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years of field service experience, strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud services, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT field services

Responsibilities

• Engage in Business Transformation Assessments (BTA) with onsite discovery and data gathering
• Provide onsite IT service, maintenance, and project execution at client locations
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations to develop client maintenance plans
• Document and resolve user computing issues with onsite remediation
• Work with TOC to resolve incidents using a structured process
• Coordinate with vendors and LoB applications for field support
• Document issues and labor in Impact’s ticket system
• Participate in ongoing training and attainment of manufacturer certifications
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and engineers to elevate service quality
• Adhere to documentation standards for customer network status and activities
