Qualifications

• For candidates with a Bachelor's in IT or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering technical customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and meticulous problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, problem solving, and training to Smarty team members.
• Research, procure, configure, and support employee equipment and peripherals.
• Procure and allocate software licenses and subscriptions.
• Track, manage, and disperse company assets.
• Configure and update network equipment and the Smarty phone system.
• Ensure assets are safe, secure, and audited regularly.
• Develop protocols and assist with policies for evolving business needs.
• Manage facilities to maintain performance standards (HVAC, elevators, furniture).
• Complete special projects including remodels and workstation optimization.
• Coordinate IT work face-to-face with team members to align with goals.
