Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services in Indianapolis seeks a Branch Engineer to provide on-site IT support for local clients, ensuring timely arrivals, issue resolution, and escalation when needed.

You will visit client sites, assist with network infrastructure rollouts, server migrations, and Office 365 deployments, and participate in an on-call schedule. Travel beyond Indianapolis is possible. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop/server troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with network design, maintenance, and installation.
• Experience with Office 365 or Exchange 2019.
• Experience with network hardware and cabling.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as a credible onsite resource for remote teams to resolve issues.
• Primary contact for clients assigned for technical issues.
• Repair, warranty, and deploy workstations for clients.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues for clients.
• Identify opportunities for hardware/software upgrades to account management.
• Maintain and write client documentation as needed.
• Participate in an On-Call rotation for after-hours.
• Triage remote tickets when on-site work is unavailable.
