Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Microsoft networking knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to train customers and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure MFDs, printers, and scanners on networks.
• Provide end-user training on networking features and device functionality.
• Troubleshoot remotely and provide post-sales support for connectivity issues.
• Assist in pre- and post-sales activities and collect network data as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs for deployments and service calls.
