Job summary

HamayaGroup is seeking experienced Dispatch / On-Demand IT Support Engineers to support asset management and onsite IT infrastructure activities. Role focuses on inventorying assets, recording in a centralized database, and providing break/fix support across PCs, servers, networking, and storage devices.

Ideal candidates have hands-on desktop and field support experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently on onsite dispatch assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Desktop Support, Field Support, and IT Asset Management.
• Knowledge of Windows systems, servers, networking and storage devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on onsite dispatch assignments.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and tag IT & Non-IT assets.
• Record assets in centralized Asset Management Database.
• Submit daily progress reports to Project Manager.
• Verify and install agents on IT assets where required.
• Provide break/fix support for workstations, network devices, and NAS/SAN storage.
• Coordinate with site administrators to identify asset ownership.
