Job summary

Role focuses on inventorying assets, recording in a centralized database, and providing break/fix support across PCs, servers, networking, and storage devices.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and tag IT & Non-IT assets.

• Submit daily progress reports to Project Manager.
• Verify and install agents on IT assets where required.
• Provide break/fix support for workstations, network devices, and NAS/SAN storage.
• Coordinate with site administrators to identify asset ownership.

Role Description

We're Hiring – Dispatch / On-Demand IT Support Engineers

Employment Type: Dispatch / On-Demand (Field Support)

We're looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to support asset management and onsite IT infrastructure activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and tag IT & Non-IT assets (PCs, Servers, NAS/SAN, Oscilloscopes, Digital Card Readers, etc.)
• Record assets in a centralized Asset Management Database
• Submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager
• Verify and install the Qualys Agent on IT assets where required
• Provide break/fix support for IT equipment, including workstations, network devices, and NAS/SAN storage
• Coordinate with site administrators to identify asset ownership

Requirements
