TEKsystems is seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to support clients in the Denver area. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, account management, software installation, and hardware maintenance on company devices.

The position is contract-based and onsite in Denver, CO, with a pay range of $27.00–$30.00 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Eligible employees receive PTO and other perks as described.

Qualifications

• Windows 11 experience and Microsoft Office
• Experience with printers and printing services
• Proficiency with Zoom and conferencing tools
• Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and issue resolution for end users
