Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an IT Logistics Coordinator based in Highland Hills, OH. This onsite, part-time role focuses on shipping, receiving, inventory, and deployment of IT equipment, with duties spanning from inbound/outbound shipments to basic IT support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT asset management, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and carriers.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory, or IT asset management.
• Experience handling IT equipment such as laptops, computers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a mid-size to large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving of IT equipment.
• Pack, unpack, track, and coordinate domestic/international shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
• Coordinate equipment deployment and employee onboarding.
• Handle company/client IT equipment.
• Follow up on delayed or missing shipments.
• Provide basic IT support related to equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and shipping providers.
