Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Mid Level Administrator in Denver, CO for an onsite IT support role. You will install, troubleshoot, and service PCs and network equipment, maintain network diagrams and logs, and train users in hardware and software. A Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience is required, plus 7 years in IT and Tier 1/2 support.

Azure Admin required or to be achieved within 6 months of onboarding; US Mint Public Trust clearance is mandatory. This role is full-time and based in Denver.

Qualifications

• 7 years IT experience.
• Tier 1/2 infrastructure and operations support.
• Azure Admin (MCA) within 6 months of onboarding.
• Clearance for US Mint Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT infrastructure and operations support.
• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair PCs and network equipment.
• Maintain network diagrams, trouble logs and installation records.
• Develop training materials and train users in hardware and software.
