Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in IT support or customer service with end-user focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide effective solutions.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system per SLAs/SLOs.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1.5-2.0+ issues related to Azure, Windows, and collaboration tools; escalate when needed.
• Maintain internal knowledge base with known issues and best practices.
