Job summary

RTX in Tucson seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure system compliance, develop security plans, and deliver information security education on a 100% onsite basis.

You will work with the ISSM, program personnel, and government representatives to enforce RMF/JSIG-based controls and support security incident response, with a required IAM Level I or equivalent certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with cybersecurity RMF, JSIG, DAAPM, NISPOM and related regulations.
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements and government programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system compliance, security plan development, and security education.
• Audit information systems and prepare corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government representatives.
• Manage security sustainment activities (hardware/software change management, account management, media protection, etc.).
