Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II for 100% onsite work. Responsibilities include cybersecurity reviews, policy implementation, and SME guidance across the organization. Must have DoD/NIST framework experience and active clearance.

Role requires 8+ years experience or 5+ with an advanced degree; IAM Level I; travel up to 20% and a strong background in RMF/JSIG/NISPOM and related compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other)
• Experience in cybersecurity, systems security or hardening
• Experience with RMF/DAAPM/JSIG/NISPOM or other compliance standards
• Experience with IT, networks, and security tooling

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving configuration management requests within authority
• Conducting technical and administrative assessments
• Integrating new cybersecurity processes, procedures and tools
• Support ISSOs and Cybersecurity Managers with documentation & writing
• Oversee ISSOs to ensure policy implementation
• Intermittent travel to other Raytheon locations (10-20%)
