Collins Aerospace in Richardson, TX seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) onsite. Responsibilities include oversight of cybersecurity compliance, authorization activities, and security policy enforcement across assigned systems, with DoD clearance requirements.

Ideal candidates hold IAM Level III certification and substantial RMF/JSIG experience, plus leadership in project management. Onsite role with competitive benefits and DoD regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance per DCSA Assessment and Authorization Guide (DAAG), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and/or NISPOM
• Past direct leadership or project/program management experience
• IAM Level III certification (CISSP, CISM or other)

Responsabilités

• Maintain IAM Level III certification commensurate with the role as required by DoDD 8140 (8570)
• Complete all DCSA and Collins Aerospace required training within 6 months of appointment (annual requirements thereafter)
• Accountability for all systems under their assigned purview
• Maintain working knowledge of CIS functions, security policies, technical safeguards, and operational security measures
• Coordinate with DCSA SCA/ISSP on authorizations, new technologies (e.g., SIEM, OS) and policy interpretations
• Develop and update site POAMs with stakeholders to identify weaknesses, mitigating actions, resources, and timelines
• Coordinate DCSA SVA preparation activities for assigned CAGE with Site ISSM
