Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Invoice Analyst to join their team. This is a fully onsite contract role supporting a busy drilling department and focusing on accurate invoice processing.

You will manage high-volume invoices, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Start date is ASAP, with a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and potential for extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Basic problem-solving and research skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing invoices with accuracy.
• Review invoices for completeness and billing errors.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on payment questions.
• Maintain detailed records, notes, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and reporting.
• Enter invoice and billing data efficiently.
• Identify and communicate process issues.
