Omninet Capital, based in Beverly Hills, seeks an experienced Investment Accounting Manager. The role blends heavy bookkeeping and accounting support (about 80%) with executive support (about 20%) for a Principal.

Qualifications

5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience.
Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, reconciliations, accounts payable and financial recordkeeping.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle highly confidential financial, business, and personal information.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping for personal, investment, and related business accounts (≈80%).
Record, categorize, reconcile, and report financial transactions monthly.
Manage accounts payable, approvals, and payments; maintain ledgers and schedules.
Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Provide executive support: scheduling, travel, document prep, and coordination.
