Helen of Troy is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for the Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. The role oversees daily inventory tasks, ensures accurate counts, and maintains ADP records for attendance and payroll. You will mentor staff and drive safety, quality, and customer service goals while coordinating with the IC Manager.

The position is 100% onsite, with standard Monday–Friday hours and potential overtime. A Lift Certification and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• 6+ years of Inventory experience.
• Lift Certification (Order Picker).
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
• Overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins as necessary.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates daily tasks in a timely manner and reports results to the Inventory Control Manager to meet deadlines.
• Adjusts and signs-off on inventory adjustments within approved range.
• Keeps ADP updated for associates and tracks attendance.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines as needed with proper documentation.
• Manages department direction, staffing, and scheduling; hires and trains staff.
• Prepares and monitors shift handoffs and daily performance metrics.
