Qualifications

  • Basic computer proficiency and Windows skills.
  • Ability to learn inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safety and security procedures and report hazards.
  • Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Verify received stock against packing slip and PO in ERP.
  • Issue materials to clients and stage as needed.
  • Place received material into storage and tag/repack as needed.
  • Process returns for unused materials per SOP.
  • Prepare material for return to vendor and shipment for repair.
  • Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by counts and location.
  • Verify on-hand quantities to identify reorder needs.
  • Keep storeroom clean and organized.
  • Support corporate initiatives and special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
