Job summary

United Electric Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Onsite Services Specialist in New Castle, DE. The role involves managing inventory and coordinating onsite service activities at customer locations to ensure materials are stocked and available for project success.

You will visit sites weekly, track labor and mileage, and maintain ERP systems while delivering materials and supporting bid packages. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring physical tasks and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Label and organize shelving in trailers and mobile job carts.
• Place initial inventory in trailers and mobile job carts.
• Visit project sites weekly.
• Take inventory and create replenishment orders.
• Coordinate job closeout including return of trailers and carts and remaining inventory.
• Track labor and mileage to properly account for cost.
• Maintain ERP systems (Eclipse and SRX).
• Deliver material in a van.
• Support government bid package administration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
