United Electric Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Customer Service Specialist in Frederick, MD.

You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage stock, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and stocking of materials in a fast-paced environment. The role combines warehouse precision with customer service, requiring strong time management, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6am-3pm.

Responsabilidades

• Provide insightful, accurate, detailed information to our customers questions or problems.
• Efficiently collect requested material from the shelves, ensuring it correctly aligns with the customer’s application and order.
• Receives incoming materials, checking packing slips against actual merchandise received. Inspects materials for obvious defects, solving related problems and notifies supervisor as necessary.
• Stock shelves and ensuring materials are in their designated area.
• Pulls materials from warehouse shelves to fill current orders. Identify correct quantity and customer specifications.
• Utilize RF guns for picking and packing.
• Packs and ships materials in designated cartons per customer order and department procedures.
• Assists with loading and unloading trucks.
• Check email and trackers daily for time sensitive company information.
• Posts purchase orders via RF and other related data into the computer system.
• Completing two full Cycle Counts per year to maintain an accurate inventory of items and locations.
• Involves maintaining a clean, organized area
• Work closely with all internal departments, combining individual efforts to better serve the customer.
• Performs other duties as obvious or assigned.
