You will assist customers in person, process orders, manage inventory, and ensure materials are accurately picked, packed, and stocked. Strong time management and self-motivation are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
• Organized with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to customer questions or problems.
• Collect requested materials from shelves matching customer orders.
• Receive materials, verify packing slips, inspect for defects, notify supervisor.
• Stock shelves and keep materials in designated areas.
• Pull materials to fill orders and verify quantities and specs.
• Use RF guns for picking and packing.
• Pack and ship materials per orders and procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Monitor email/time-sensitive information daily.
• Enter purchase orders into ERP system.
• Perform two cycle counts per year to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with internal departments to better serve customers.
