Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Attendant for a 3-month contract at our Beaver, PA site. The role involves receiving, stocking, issuing and cycle counting inventory, with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will operate pallet jack and push cart, assist with loading vending areas, and support a small team in daily tasks.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with rare overtime; temp-to-hire potential. Basic Excel and strong customer service are useful as you contribute to inventory control and site

Qualifications

• 3+ months relevant experience or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Basic math skills; ability to compute rates and measurements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and MS-Office products.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming product and equipment; check against invoices.
• Sort, label and store items to optimize space and accessibility.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain accurate records.
• Enter stock data in a database and respond to inventory inquiries.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Deliver tools and equipment to work locations as needed.
