Job summary

Sonepar Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Attendant in Beaver, PA. This individual contributor role supports daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory at the customer site. Requires basic Excel, strong customer service, and reliable teamwork.

Hours are typically Mon-Fri with occasional overtime. Pay is $18.00 per hour; steel-toe shoes are required for interview and work. Temp-to-hire with a small, dependable team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training; HS diploma preferred (not required).
• Ability to load, unload, pick, pack or move goods in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read safety rules, work orders, and operating instructions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn MS-Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and stores incoming product; checks for damage and invoices.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items on racks and shelves by code or size.
• Issues product to site employees and maintains records for issued items.
• Enters data into a database; tracks inventory levels and deliveries.
• Requests requisitions to replenish inventory and performs cycle counts.
• Delivers tools or equipment to work locations and assists with safety checks.
