Job summary

ITW is seeking a Materials/Procurement support professional in Wisconsin to coordinate supply chain activities for the PSD Division. You will work with manufacturing teams and suppliers, issue POs, conduct cycle counts, and support ECO/NCN processes to minimize disruption.

The role requires an associate degree in a related field or pursuing one, strong communication, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Must have an associate degree or pursuing a degree in Supply Chain/Materials Management or related field.
  • Previous materials, supply chain experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision at times.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within the division and externally.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite shipments with suppliers and customer service as needed.
  • Support procurement, storage, and shipment of raw materials.
  • Issue POs/releases to suppliers.
  • Conduct cycle counts and manage ECOs while minimizing impact.
  • Coordinate NCNs and disposition of rejected materials with suppliers.
  • Communicate and resolve quality and delivery issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Back up team members for vacation days and support vacation scheduling.
  • Lead materials projects and participate in process improvements.
