Job summary

Avantor is seeking a site services associate to support inventory management, order entry, and shipping coordination at our Chandler, AZ location. You will work with Lab and Production Services teams to ensure timely, accurate processing of material requests and customer communications.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and proactive service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and leverage SAP and MS Office tools to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
• Experience in shipping, inventory or purchasing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comply with safety protocols.
• Knowledge of scientific products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and movement on/off site.
• Process requests and support inventory reporting for customers.
• Coordinate shipping and packing, inspections, and documentation.
• Handle hazardous materials and prepare shipping paperwork.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
