Job summary

Avantor is seeking an Inventory & Customer Service Associate in Chandler, AZ. You will support inventory control, shipping coordination, and purchasing functions while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely communication, with opportunities to work cross-functionally within Avantor’s Lab and Production Services teams. A High School diploma and 2+ years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Knowledge of SAP, Citrix, Intranet or Avantor inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and inventory movement on/off site.
Handle shipping coordination and update shipping information in customer systems.
Assist purchasing activities: back orders, expediting, and quotes as needed.
Process orders, maintain metrics, and support cost savings tracking.
Interface with customers and internal contacts to ensure service levels.
