Avantor is seeking an Onsite Inventory Associate in King of Prussia, PA. You will support Lab and Production Services by managing stock, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory in IM and SAP. The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of material handling and inventory replenishment experience.
• Experience with Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place orders in Inventory Manager and SAP systems.
• Receive, inspect, label, and organize stock.
• Monitor stocking levels and backorders.
• Support end users with sourcing products and expediting.
• Ensure 5S principles in inventory management.
• Respond to emails and voicemails professionally.
