Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in inventory control within manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/warehousing setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Lead cycle counts and ensure audit compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, root-cause issues, and corrective actions.
• Monitor ERP transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Purchasing to align material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives in inventory operations.
• Prepare KPI reports and maintain documentation for audits.
